Overview:
In preparation for the creation of new apartments, EBD was contracted to perform abatement and selective interior demolition at the former mattress factory on Doat Street.
Select areas that were later additions to the site were demolished and removed to re-establish the facility's original footprint. This was necessary to allow for the addition of outbuildings at the site.
In addition, EBD assisted with the removal of contaminated soil from the site as part of the Brownfield Cleanup Program.
